We met at Columbia University and, in a computer science course together, realized we shared the same long-view: humanity should grow its home. Planet Prep Technologies is our focused path to make that practical—starting with orbital logistics systems that can compound into genuine planetary infrastructure.

Rebeka Bojboi

Co-Founder • CEO • Technical Lead

• Columbia University ’25 (B.A. Computer Science). I.I. Rabi Scholar & Schlumberger Scholarship awardee.
• Founder of “Agency”, a portfolio-building tool for creators and engineers.
• Experience in neuroscience research, embedded systems, and VR development; engineer at Zocdoc (systems integration & automation).
• Leads technical strategy for tethers, mass drivers, and the Venus/Mars sunshade stack.

Robbert van Batenburg

Co-Founder • Head of Partnerships & Legal Strategy

• Columbia University ’23 (B.A. International Relations); J.D. candidate at NYU School of Law.
• Served in government twice—once in a commercial-law capacity and once at the policy level.
• Background in client service and business-relationship research & development (as lead).
• Owns partnerships, government relations, and the legal architecture for space infrastructure deals (property & international law).
